GeoSavvy Development is a new breed of Sustainable Tourism Development firms.  GeoSavvy Development blends a high level understanding of the latest sustainable tourism theoretic models with high tech innovation and practical front line tourism experience.  GeoSavvy Development has experts and practitioners from a wide range of academic, industry and technical fields to bring a holistic approach to development.  The GeoSavvy Team is made up of web developers, policy analysts, CEOs, teachers and researchers who all have a particular interest in making tourism work for the environment and the people who live there.

Zachary Rozga
Zack has always followed his own tune and it was only a matter of time before he started his own company, upon completing a Masters in Sustainable Tourism Development, Zack co-founded GeoSavvy Development. Zack has a BSc in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder as well as an MA in Tourism Development from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Zack loves being a tourist and believes passionately in developing the partnerships and sustainable initiatives to enable mutually beneficial travel for the tourist and communities alike. As a tourism development consultant, Zack has worked on projects all over the world. GeoSavvy Development is the embodiment of Zack's passion and commitment to fair and equitable tourism.
 
Jodi McKeeman
It was her first trip to Africa, on an overland safari journey from Kenya to Botswana, when Jodi realized the true potential benefits and detriments of tourism on a place and people. As a result, she went on from her undergradate studies in International Politics at UC Berkeley to get a graduate degree in Sustainable Destination Management at The George Washington University. Jodi then capitalized on her passions by co-founding GeoSavvy Development, a firm dedicated to using innovative means to create equitable tourism. Jodi is the head owner and operator of the Cape Town WHL portal (www.capetownhotel-link.com) as well as the trainer on the WHL system for operators in Africa. With her extensive project managment experience in several industries, particularly in database development, she is the team lead on database managment consulting projects. She is also the operations manager for GeoSavvy in South Africa and the USA.
 
Jennifer Aston
Jennifer is the newest member to the GeoSavvy team. Jennifer is a recent graduate of the University of Cape Town with a Postgrad Diploma in Tourism Management. Jennifer's undergrad was in Environmental Science and sees tourism as the best industry to work in to pursue her love of travel. Jennifer is research assistant with GeoSavvy Development and provides much of the "hard yards" in the projects.

Len Cordiner
Len is the CEO of Worldhotel-link.com. He has spent 30+ years in general management/CEO roles in the international trade services area and over the past seven years he has worked extensively in utilising the Internet to facilitate trade from emerging economies. Prior to establishing Worldhotel-link.com, Len managed his own consulting practice in South-East Asia (Myall Consulting), and prior to this was CEO of Meet World Trade Inc. (a large US based Internet trade services group) with operations in the US, China, Thailand, India and Korea. He was previously Senior Vice President of the SGS Group (based in Geneva) and Head of eCommerce for the group. Most of these roles involved work in e-enabling trade services in developing economies. He is a native Australian but has spent over twenty years living/working abroad in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America.
 
 
Dr. Anna Spenceley
Dr Anna Spenceley works in southern Africa on sustainable tourism issues, particularly in relation to biodiversity conservation, protected areas, sustainable livelihoods, corporate social responsibility and poverty alleviation. Her consultancy, research and project management experience over the past nine years has included tourism and conservation policy, participatory planning, nature-based tourism business management, environmental and ecological assessment, monitoring, and the socio-cultural and socio-economic assessment of tourism and wildlife impacts. She obtained her doctorate from the University of Greenwich, where she was worked within the ICRT, for the development of a sustainable nature-based tourism assessment toolkit.
 
 
Claudia Townsend
Since discovering the joys of diving on coral reefs more than ten years ago, Claudia has been a keen advocate of the positive role tourism can play in both conservation and development. As a sustainable tourism consultant, she has worked in a number of African and Caribbean countries particularly on community tourism, marine reserves and tourism and HIV/AIDS linkages. Claudia has experience of working with a number of private sector organisations as well as NGOs and community groups. She has particularly in-depth knowledge of Madagascar where she was based for nearly three years. She speaks fluent French and good Spanish. Claudia has an MSc in Tourism, Conservation and Sustainable Development from the International Centre for Responsible Tourism in the UK, where she also worked as a researcher following completion of the course.
 
 
Amanda Hall
Amanda Hall, a Graphic Design consultant, was born and raised in South Africa. Over the past 10 years she has lived and worked in the design capitals of the world – London and New York and has now returned to her home country. Her international clients include Nokia, BP and Unilever to name but a few. She provides the full range of design consulting from media strategy development to design and then production management with both print and digital media. Amanda is passionate about the development and upliftment of the people of South Africa. With this is mind she teaches arts and crafts class once at Masakhane, a disadvantaged pre-school. As well as the corporate design work and teaching, Amanda has a wedding stationery company called Spice Design. This company trains unskilled people from previously disadvantage communities in the production of hand made wedding invitations.
 
 
Anjali Saini
Anjali is currently living in Kenya where she owns a consultancy company dealing with environmental management, sustainable tourism and energy efficiency. Having previously worked in both the hotel industry and as a product manager for a large tour operator she has developed a fierce passion for travel and tourism. Desperate to encourage the practice of sustainable tourism practice in Kenya, Anjali has played a key role in the conceptualisation and development of various sustainability programmes. She was also one of the founders of the Ecotourism Society of Kenya (now Ecotourism Kenya) and still acts as a volunteer advisor.
 
 
Dac Nguyen
Dac is responsible for all technical applications for the team. An expert in databases and CMS applications, he has spent 10 years in software development with many international IT firms throughout Vietnam. Dac jumped at the opportunity to apply his skills to GeoSavvy projects because he is keen on traveling and believes in sustainable tourism principles.
